DAY 1 Sun 9 May
Touchdown in Frankfurt
Fly via Doha into Frankfurt, landing in the afternoon. A private transfer takes you to Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre Messe, right at the trade fair's eastern entrance. Settle in, then a welcome dinner with the Neza Connect group in the Gallus district before the show begins.
DAY 2 Mon 10 May
Settling In
A free day to find your feet in Frankfurt before IMEX opens — perhaps a walk along the River Main, or exploring Skyline Plaza right next to the hotel. An easy dinner tonight, the calm before three days on the show floor.
DAY 3 Tue 11 May
IMEX Opens
A short walk to Messe Frankfurt for IMEX's opening day — hosted buyers and meeting planners from across the globe filling the halls. Spend the day in scheduled appointments and on the show floor, building relationships that will shape your event calendar for the year ahead. This evening, dinner as a group in Frankfurt's old town, comparing notes on the day's best connections.

Deeper Into IMEX
Day two of the show — more scheduled meetings, education sessions, and the kind of relationship-building that defines this industry. Tonight, the group heads out for dinner along the River Main, Frankfurt's skyline lit up across the water.
DAY 5 Thu 13 May
IMEX Closes
The final day of IMEX Frankfurt — closing sessions and last meetings before the show wraps. Tonight, the group celebrates with a farewell dinner, toasting a show well attended and a fuller contact list than when you arrived.
DAY 6 Fri 14 May
Frankfurt City Tour
Badges off, into the city itself. A guided city tour takes in the reconstructed Römerberg old town square, the Main Tower's skyline views, and Frankfurt's surprising mix of medieval charm and modern finance-capital energy. Dinner tonight in the old town, hearty German fare after a day of walking.
DAY 7 Sat 15 May
River Main Sightseeing Cruise
A relaxed sightseeing cruise along the River Main with commentary, taking in Frankfurt's skyline from the water — a proper contrast to three days indoors at Messe Frankfurt. Farewell dinner tonight, last stories from the show before everyone heads home.
DAY 8 Sun 16 May
Homeward Bound
Breakfast at leisure, then a transfer to the airport for your flights home via Doha — landing back with a stack of new industry contacts and a full calendar of events to plan for the year ahead.
