DAY 1     Sun 2 May

Touchdown in Abidjan

Fly via Addis Ababa into Abidjan, landing in the early afternoon. A private transfer takes you to Ibis Styles Abidjan Plateau, right in the heart of the business district. Settle in, then a welcome dinner with the Neza Connect group — first taste of Ivorian cuisine before the Forum begins.

DAY 2     Mon 3 May

Africa CEO Forum Opens

A short drive to the Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire for the Forum's opening day — heads of state and the continent's top private-sector CEOs setting the tone for the year ahead. Spend the day in plenaries and side conversations. This evening, dinner as a group in the Plateau district, comparing notes on the day's biggest deals.

DAY 3     Tue 4 May

Forum Closes

The Forum's final day — closing sessions and the last round of introductions before delegates from across the continent scatter home. Tonight, the group celebrates with a farewell dinner, toasting a Forum well attended.

DAY 4     Wed 5 May

Abidjan City Tour

Badges off, into the city known as the 'Paris of West Africa.' A guided city tour takes in Plateau's skyline, St Paul's Cathedral, and the vibrant markets of Treichville. Dinner tonight at a lagoon-side restaurant, watching the city lights reflect off the water.

DAY 5     Thu 6 May

Zaouli Mask & Grand-Bassam

A day steeped in Ivorian culture — a Zaouli mask cultural demonstration, one of Côte d'Ivoire's most striking traditional performances, followed by an afternoon in Grand-Bassam, the historic former capital and UNESCO World Heritage site on the coast. Farewell dinner tonight back in Abidjan, last stories from the week.

DAY 6     Fri 7 May

Homeward Bound

Breakfast at leisure, then a transfer to the airport for your flights home via Addis Ababa — landing back with new C-suite contacts and a real feel for one of Africa's most dynamic business capitals.
