DAY 1 Mon 31 May
Touchdown in Dubai
Land into Dubai as evening settles over the city, then a private transfer to ibis World Trade Centre Dubai — practically inside the venue. Settle in, then a welcome dinner with the Neza Connect group before the show opens tomorrow.

INDEX Opens
Downstairs and into the show — INDEX Dubai's opening day brings 500+ exhibitors and 15,000 visitors from across the design world. Spend the day sourcing furniture, lighting and finishes for your next projects. This evening, dinner as a group, comparing notes on the day's best finds.
DAY 3 Wed 2 Jun
Deeper Into INDEX
Day two of the show — more sourcing, more supplier meetings, and the kind of relationship-building that fills your project pipeline for the year. Tonight, the group heads out to Downtown Dubai for dinner with Burj Khalifa views.

INDEX Closes
The final day of INDEX Dubai — closing hours on the show floor and last supplier conversations. Tonight, the group celebrates with a farewell dinner, toasting a productive show.

Dubai City Tour
Badges off, into the city. A guided Dubai City Tour takes in Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the striking contrast between old Deira and new Downtown Dubai — useful design reference points after three days sourcing at the show. Dinner tonight in the city.
DAY 6 Sat 5 Jun
Desert Safari with Dinner
The city gives way to dunes this afternoon on a Dubai Desert Safari — dune-bashing, camel rides and a Bedouin-style camp as the sun sets over the sand. Dinner is served under the stars, with traditional entertainment to close out the evening.
DAY 7 Sun 6 Jun
Lotus Yacht Cruise
As evening falls, the group boards the Lotus Yacht for a cruise along Dubai's coastline, dinner and drinks on deck as the Marina skyline lights up — a fitting last big night together before heading home.
DAY 8 Mon 7 Jun
Homeward Bound
Breakfast at leisure, then a private transfer to the airport for your return flight to Entebbe — landing home with new supplier contacts and fresh design inspiration for the year ahead.
