DAY 1 Sun 28 Feb
Touchdown in Barcelona
Land into Barcelona and step straight into a private transfer to Hampton by Hilton Fira Gran Via — literally across the street from the venue. Settle in, then head out for a welcome dinner with the Neza Connect group in the lively Fira 2 district before an early night ahead of the Congress.
DAY 2 Mon 1 Mar
MWC Opens
A one-minute walk to Fira Gran Via for the opening day of Mobile World Congress — keynotes from the world's biggest telecoms and device makers, and a exhibition floor that stretches for halls. Spend the day working the floor and the sessions. This evening, dinner as a group in the Eixample district, comparing notes on the day's biggest launches.
DAY 3 Tue 2 Mar
Deeper Into MWC
Day two brings the sessions that matter most — 5G/6G, AI-native networks, and the deals being made on the sidelines. Evening free to explore Barcelona's legendary tapas scene with your group — small plates, good wine, easy conversation after a full day of sessions.
DAY 4 Wed 3 Mar
MWC Continues
Another full day of keynotes and networking on the Congress floor. Tonight, the group heads into the Gothic Quarter for dinner — centuries-old streets, buzzing plazas, and some of the city's best late-night energy.
DAY 5 Thu 4 Mar
MWC Closes
The final day of Mobile World Congress — closing keynotes and last conversations before delegates scatter home across the globe. Tonight, the group celebrates with a farewell dinner near the hotel, toasting a Congress well attended.
DAY 6 Fri 5 Mar
Barcelona City Tour
Badges off, out into the city. A half-day guided tour takes in Gaudí's Sagrada Família, Park Güell, and the wide boulevards of Passeig de Gràcia. As evening falls, the group boards a boat for a sunset cruise with dinner along the Barcelona coastline — the city skyline lighting up as the Mediterranean turns dark.
DAY 7 Sat 6 Mar
Barcelona at Your Pace
A free day to make the city your own — the beach at Barceloneta, the stalls of La Boqueria market, or one last wander through the Gothic Quarter. In the evening, a farewell group dinner — last stories from MWC, plans made for the next Neza Connect departure.
DAY 8 Sun 7 Mar
Homeward Bound
Breakfast at leisure, then a transfer to the airport for your return flight home via Istanbul — landing back with a stack of new telecoms and tech contacts, and a city you'll want to return to.
