Touchdown in Paris
Fly via Istanbul into Paris, landing in the evening. A private transfer takes you to Eklo Hotels Paris Porte de Versailles, practically on top of the venue. VivaTech Opens
A three-minute walk to Paris Expo for VivaTech's opening day — founders, investors and the world's biggest tech names filling the halls. Spend the day on the exhibition floor and in the keynotes, collecting contacts as you go. This evening, dinner as a group, comparing notes on the day's biggest launches.

Deeper Into VivaTech
Day two brings the deal-room energy — investor meetings, side conversations, and the startups worth watching. Tonight, a Seine River cruise with a three-course dinner — Paris's landmarks lit up as you glide past, a proper way to close out a heavy conference day.

Another full day of keynotes and networking on the VivaTech floor. Tonight, the group explores the Marais district for dinner — cobblestone streets, easy conversation, some of the city's best late-night energy.

The final day of VivaTech — closing keynotes and last conversations before delegates scatter home across the globe. Tonight, the group celebrates with a farewell dinner, toasting a summit well attended.

Louvre & Mona Lisa
Badges off, into the art capital of the world. A guided tour of the Louvre with reserved access to the Mona Lisa — skip the crowds, take in one of the world's great museums properly. Dinner tonight in the Latin Quarter, a relaxed evening after a day of world-class art.

Eiffel Tower Summit
Dedicated reserved access to the Eiffel Tower's summit or second floor — Paris spread out beneath you from one of the most famous viewpoints on earth. Farewell dinner tonight, last stories from the week before everyone heads home.
DAY 8 Tue 22 Jun
Homeward Bound
Breakfast at leisure, then a transfer to the airport for your flights home via Istanbul — landing back with new European tech contacts and a week in one of the world's great cities.
