DAY 1     Fri 30 Jan

Touchdown in Doha

Land into Hamad International as the evening lights come on, and step straight into a private transfer to Plaza Inn on the Corniche. No agenda tonight beyond settling in — drop your bags, freshen up, and head down to The Atrium Restaurant for a first taste of Qatari and international flavours with the rest of your Neza Connect group over a relaxed welcome dinner. Early night recommended — the summit starts tomorrow.

DAY 2     Sat 31 Jan

Summit Opens

Breakfast at the hotel, then a short private transfer to the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center for Web Summit Qatar's opening keynotes — the first wave of founders, investors and policy leaders taking the stage. Spend the day moving between talks and the exhibition floor, collecting contacts as you go. As the sun sets, the group heads out for a guided Doha City Tour — the Corniche promenade, the covered lanes of Souq Waqif with its spice stalls and falcon market — ending with dinner at a souq-side restaurant, shisha and Arabic coffee included.

DAY 3     Sun 1 Feb

Deeper Into the Summit

Day two of the conference brings the deal-room energy — more focused sessions, side meetings, and the kind of hallway conversations that turn into partnerships. Tonight is unhurried: dinner as a group at one of West Bay's rooftop restaurants, drinks in hand, comparing notes on the day's best pitches while the skyline lights up around you.

DAY 4     Mon 2 Feb

Sunset on the Water

Another full day of keynotes and networking on the summit floor. This evening, the group boards a traditional dhow for a sunset cruise along the Corniche — a three-course dinner served on deck as the West Bay towers turn gold, then blue, then lit for the night. It's the kind of evening that turns fellow delegates into friends.

DAY 5     Tue 3 Feb

Summit Closes

The final day of Web Summit Qatar — closing keynotes, last-minute exchanges of contact details, and a chance to circle back to anyone you meant to catch earlier in the week. Tonight, the group celebrates with a farewell dinner back at the hotel — toasting a summit well attended before the pace shifts into leisure mode.

DAY 6     Wed 4 Feb

Into the Desert

Badges off, out of the city. The afternoon takes you out to the dunes for a Qatar Desert Safari — dune-bashing out toward the Inland Sea, where Qatar's desert meets Saudi Arabia's coastline in one of the region's most striking landscapes. As the sun drops, it's a Bedouin-style camp dinner under the stars — grilled meats, traditional dancing, and sand still warm underfoot.

DAY 7     Thu 5 Feb

Doha at Your Pace

A free day to make Doha your own. Sleep in, take a late breakfast on the Corniche, browse the gold and spice souqs for gifts to bring home, or simply enjoy Plaza Inn's rooftop pool with a view over West Bay. In the evening, a farewell group dinner — last stories from the summit, contact details exchanged, plans made to meet again at the next Neza Connect departure.

DAY 8     Fri 6 Feb

Homeward Bound

Breakfast at leisure, then a private transfer to the airport for your return flight to Entebbe — landing home with a stack of new contacts, a head full of ideas, and a phone full of photos that have nothing to do with spreadsheets.
