🌃  22:00  Bangkok nightlife. Soi 11 is right outside. The night doesn't end here — it just gets started.

🏛️  10:30  Wat Benchamabophit (Marble Temple) — the most beautiful temple in Bangkok, built from Italian Carrara marble with European-influenced architecture fused with traditional Thai design. The courtyard of 52 bronze Buddha statues from across Asia is extraordinary.

✨  12:00  Wat Traimit (Golden Buddha) — the world's largest solid gold statue, weighing five and a half tonnes. Found by accident in 1955 inside a plaster exterior, the story of its discovery is as fascinating as the statue itself.

🍽️  13:30  Thai lunch — the city's best Thai food is in the local restaurants around these temples. Green curry, tom yum, pad see ew.

🛍️  15:30  Afternoon free — Chatuchak Weekend Market (the world's largest weekend market), Siam Paragon, or Central World.
