🍳  07:30  Breakfast at Breakfast Club Seminyak.

⛵  09:00  Fast boat to Nusa Penida — Bali's jaw-dropping island neighbour. Kelingking Beach (the T-Rex cliff — one of the most photographed viewpoints in Indonesia), Angel's Billabong (a natural infinity pool carved into the cliff by the ocean), Crystal Bay (crystal-clear water for swimming and snorkelling). Nusa Penida is completely unlike the rest of Bali — wilder, rawer, more dramatic.

🌅  17:00  Return to Seminyak by fast boat.

🍹  19:00  Sundowners at Tree Bar. The Indian Ocean at dusk.

🍽️  20:00  Dinner at Sugarsand — toes in the sand, ocean breeze, Balinese-inspired menu.

🍳  08:00  Breakfast at the hotel.

🚤  09:30  Watersports at Tanjung Benoa — Bali's watersports capital. Banana boat (the group ride that no one stops laughing about), parasailing (Bali from the sky — the rice paddies, the ocean, the whole island below you), jet ski (your own vessel, your own speed, the Indian Ocean).

🍽️  13:00  Lunch at a beachside restaurant.

🌴  15:00  Afternoon free — Seminyak Beach, the hotel pool, Sava Spa for a Balinese massage. Your call.

🍸  18:30  Cave Pool Lounge cocktails — one of the most atmospheric settings on the island.

🚢  19:30  Dinner Cruise on the Indian Ocean — the Bali coastline at night, lit up gold, from the water. A full dinner served on board with the stars above and the ocean all around.

🍳  06:30  Early breakfast — today is a full-day journey into sacred Bali.

🏛️  08:00  Lempuyang Temple — the Gates of Heaven. One of Bali's nine directional temples, perched on the slopes of Mount Lempuyang with the iconic split gate framing Mount Agung reflected in a pool of water. The most photographed image in Bali. In person, it takes your breath away. White sarong and sash required (provided on site).

💧  11:00  Tirta Gangga Water Palace — a royal water garden built in 1946 by the King of Karangasem. Stone statues, lotus ponds, stepping stones across the water, and the mountain air of East Bali. Serene and utterly beautiful.

🍽️  13:00  Lunch at a local warung — East Bali's food is some of the best on the island.

🏺  15:00  Gold & Silver Tour — visit the artisan workshops of Celuk village, where families have crafted gold and silver jewellery for generations. The craftsmanship is extraordinary. Buy something you'll wear forever.

🏨  18:00  Return to Seminyak. Dinner at leisure.

🍳  08:00  Breakfast at the hotel.

🏍️  09:30  ATV Single Ride — quad bike through Bali's jungle tracks, rice paddies, and village paths. The landscape from ground level, at speed, through terrain a car can't reach. Muddy, exhilarating, completely Balinese.

🍽️  13:00  Lunch and afternoon at leisure.

🌅  16:30  Transfer to Uluwatu Temple — one of the most dramatically located temples in the world, perched on a 70-metre cliff above the Indian Ocean on the Bukit Peninsula.

🔥  18:00  Kecak Fire Dance — as the sun sets behind the temple and the sky turns orange and pink, the Kecak ceremony begins. One hundred men chanting in rhythmic unison around a fire, re-enacting the Hindu Ramayana epic. The combination of the music, the fire, the clifftop, and the sunset is one of the most moving experiences in Southeast Asia. This is the Bali moment.

🌙  20:00  Return to Seminyak. Dinner at Sugarsand or Makase.

🍳  07:30  Breakfast at the hotel.

🌊  09:00  Tukad Cepung Waterfall — a hidden waterfall inside a cave, reached through a narrow canyon. Light falls through the rocks in golden shafts, hitting the water below. It looks exactly like a dream. One of Bali's most extraordinary natural sights.

🛍️  11:00  Ubud Market — the heartbeat of Bali's creative culture. Batik fabrics, hand-carved masks, woven bags, silver jewellery, sarongs, incense, paintings. Haggle respectfully. Take your time. Buy things you'll love.

🍽️  13:00  Lunch in Ubud — the food scene here is extraordinary. Rice with seventeen accompaniments, fresh coconut, the best satay you've ever had.

🌿  15:00  Bali Swing at Alas Arum — swinging over a jungle valley from a nest platform in the trees. The view below is pure green Bali. The photographs are extraordinary. The experience is pure joy.

🌅  17:30  Return to Seminyak for a last evening.

🍸  19:00  Tree Bar sundowners — the most beautiful way to end a Bali day.

🍳  08:30  Leisurely breakfast at the hotel.

🏖️  10:00  Padang Padang Beach — the beach made famous by the film Eat Pray Love. A hidden cove reached through a narrow cave in the rocks, with turquoise water and white sand. Small, beautiful, and one of Bali's most beloved beaches.

🌊  12:30  Melasti Beach — a stunning stretch of white sand in the Bukit Peninsula with towering limestone cliffs, crystal water, and the dramatic scenery that defines southern Bali. Lunch by the beach.

🌴  15:00  Return to Seminyak. Final afternoon at the hotel — pool, spa, beach, or all three.

🛍️  17:00  Last Seminyak shopping — the boutiques of Jalan Laksmana are some of the best in Bali for resort wear, jewellery, and beauty products.

🍽️  20:00  Final dinner in Bali. Make it special.

🌅  06:30  Final Bali sunrise. Stand on the beach one last time.
